It seems their business is doing extremely well, which is probably why their staff doesn’t come to your table to take orders—you have to call them. Even when they do come, they appear disinterested and inattentive, often distracted by what’s happening around them rather than focusing on the customer. The staff lacks basic etiquette, such as offering water to guests. And if you try to point out these issues, they don't listen or respond appropriately. Based on our experience, we do not recommend visiting this place. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a disappointing experience at Aman Resort, Shahabad. They actually charged us for disposable glasses to drink water which is already charged high, which I believe is completely unacceptable. Providing basic dining essentials like glasses should be a given at any restaurant. It's not just about the money—it's about the principle and customer experience. I expected better from a place like this. Would not recommend unless they change this policy and show more respect for their customers. Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
