However, we would like to clarify a few points: 1. Remote Location: Kaza is located at a high altitude in a remote area & comparing it to a metropolitan city may not fully consider the logistical challenges that come with such a location. 2. Power Outages: Power cuts are unfortunately beyond the control of any hotel owner. However, we are among the few hotels in Kaza that provide a generator for emergency power backup, and we also have inverters installed for routine power supply needs. 3. Room Upgrade: Your reservation was made through a travel agent, and we addressed your concern about room size by upgrading you to a larger room at no additional cost. 4. Early Morning Services: Starting in September, temperatures in Kaza begin to drop significantly. Providing early morning services at 6 am is difficult, not just here but in any hotel across Lahaul, Spiti, Leh, and even in metropolitan cities. We are committed to offering our guests a comfortable and pleasant experience, and your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve.
