Try dishes of Indian cuisine at The Cozy Acorn Resort, Nainital. A lot of visitors order great coffee. This place is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. This spot scored 4.6 in the Google rating system.
Rooms are very small, no table or desk or anything to put luggage on to unpack, no table chair to have food in the room, service is prompt, food options are very limited, location is far far away from main city. Also if you are travelling with old age parents or anyone, it’s not at all recommended as it requires lot of walking and has no lift. Service: 5

This is far from the standard we aim to deliver, and I regret that your experience fell short of expectations. The power failure in the Nainital area posed significant challenges during your visit. Unfortunately, our generator was unable to handle the additional load caused by full occupancy and the extensive use of heaters, geysers, and other high-power appliances. Despite our requests to reduce usage during the outage, many guests were understandably hesitant. This also disrupted Wi-Fi connectivity, adding to the inconvenience. I acknowledge your concerns regarding staff behavior and apologize for any shortcomings. While the situation placed our team under stress, this does not excuse any lapses in professionalism. We are taking steps to train our staff to better handle such challenges in the future. We are glad to hear that the view from the resort provided some joy during your stay. However, I regret that we did not offer any complimentary drinks or services to compensate for the unpleasant experience caused by the power failure and service issues. To make amends, we would be delighted to offer you a complimentary dinner and special discount on your next visit.
