After visiting Shaheed Bhagat Singh Park, you may have a meal at this restaurant. Most guests recommend trying tasty momos, egg rolls and paneer tikka. A small cafe opened in Raja park which has over 200 varieties of dishes starting from momos to main course till deserts.It has lot of fusions in their food which is quite interesting and whatever you need is there in this cafe .One thing which makes this place a little different from other outlets is that they serve food in disposal which is really eco-friendly as they are making an effort towards saving water which most people don't so I really like their gesture towards our environment.
1⃣LOCATION-It is located at one of the prime locations in Raja park,where many food outlets are there.So,this place is very easy to locate.
2⃣AMBIENCE-Unique ambience with frames of various movies from Bollywood and Hollywood hanging ,various paintings hanging on the wall as well.The sitting area is upwards with sitting is in the shape of tyres and tables painted like Carrom Board,these small quirky additions makes this place very quirky ,unique and beautiful place to hang out with friends and family.
3⃣Service-The service was really quick and prompt The dish was ready within minutes without making us to wait for long.
4⃣Staff-The staff was also very polite and humble,listening to our orders and advices very carefully without arguing.
5⃣Food-Here comes the main part.I took:
➡Cocktail Chicken Momos-This is one of the best gravy momos I had in Jaipur.Not many outlets have such a variety of momos but this cafe surely has and the cocktail momos are a must try.The chicken momos had a very delicious filling and the momos were properly tandoored before going in a gravy.And the gravy was the star ,literally in first glance I thought this was mayonnaise but it was it was their own prepared gravy.So these momos are a must try.
➡Spring roll-The spring roll were also spot on were good amount of filling and the rolls were crispy and brown and there was no extra oil just the way spring rolls should be.The chutney served with it was also complementing spring rolls.
➡Paneer Malai Tikka-This malai tikka was nice in taste and the salad served with it was yummy and tangy which goes well with the tikka and chutney.
➡Alphanso Crusher-One of the best mango crushers I have ever had.It was so refreshing and soothing with a beautiful taste of mango and little tinch of cinnamon to it makes this drink so refreshing.It remind me of days of summer in the month of February really really yummy.
➡Kokum Masala Fizz-This mocktail was also very nice in taste and in every sip uh can feel the masala which adds a different taste to this drink and was really yummy.
6⃣DESSERTS-Desserts are also a star of this cafe .I took:
They serve a loads and loads varieties of waffle both in sweet and savory.
➡Brownie waffle with hot chocolate-The waffle has proper crunch and the choco chips and sauce and the hot chocolate served with it was really velvety and yummy .
➡Fried rasgulla with rabri-This dessert was unique as I have never tried fried rasgulla which was good and decent in taste.
So this place is a must try as they serve great fusion food with lots of varieties and with proper quantity and taste.All things would be value for money.
