The mix fried rice I received was spoiled (pacha) and smelled bad. It was not fresh at all and completely unacceptable. Because of this experience, I am very disappointed.If food quality like this is delivered, it becomes very difficult to trust the service. Due to this incident, I will not order from Zomato again. Please ensure proper quality checks so customers do not receive spoiled food in the future.Since the food was spoiled, my family had to throw it away. Therefore, I request you to please provide a refund for this order.

Recently visited The 256 Family Retaurant with high hopes, but unfortunately, the BIRIYANI was a major letdown. It was evident that the biryani had been cooked at least a day before, as the rice was completely BRUNT and lacked any freshness. The potato in the dish was so hard it was practically inedible, resembling a stone more than a vegetable. Overall, a very disappointing experience that I wouldn’t expect from a place with THE 256 FAMILY RESTAURANT reputation.
