Very worst service,i have never experienced this type of service. Waiter in the hotel are not responding, food provided by them is not nice, previously I had gone to their other branch that was nice but this branch opposite to new bustard is very worst

Very worst hotel I have visited in my life. I ordered chicken and naatukozhi briyani, but they served plain mutton biryani with chicken pieces taken from gravy. Even after complaint , the amount collector didn't show any reaction on his face and didn't say sorry too. I never had this kind of bad experience in any hotel. I heard that Thatti Vilas is famous in theni district. But they are not genuine. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
