We (5 members) will be going for Tharun Café every evening for snacks and coffee. During the period of ** Tharun Café **, they really did a great job in servicing the snack items, taking the order on time, asking for suggestions to improve from their end and quality and quantity also very good.The moment when they changed name from Tharun Café to **Tharun Restaurant**, everything changed. (i.e.) Quality, Quantity, not at all taking the orders on time and we have to wait minimum of 5-10mins to place the order.1. Initially French Fries, they charged 30Rs and given a worth quantity and quality, but few days back when I went they are giving only 17pieces of French fries for same 30Rs. Mario is comparatively good when comparing to this. They do offer and greet customers in same manner from the date of opening to till date.2. Veg Burger – Initially good with big size. But now bun is hard to eat and size of bun is too small and stuff inside the burger also not good.Shawarma was really good and taste is same as earlier days. But now I will suggest crazy kebab (Nearby banyan and the price is also 5Rs less than tharun and taste is good).Tharun Team – Please take this as suggestion and improve the areas so that your customers will come all the time.Thanks.
