Ordering from this place is like inviting yourself to be looted. They don’t even mention the quantity anywhere because if they did, no sane person would order. I asked for a fish fry, expecting at least a decent serving, but what arrived looked like a joke a single piece of fish so tiny it could be mistaken for a banana chip and they had the audacity to charge ₹150 for it. The taste? As disappointing as the size. This is not just bad service, it’s pure disrespect to customers. If you value your money, stay far away from this so-called hotel. What they are doing is nothing short of daylight robbery, and they should be ashamed to even call this ‘food service.If you want to waste money and leave your stomach and soul equally empty, go ahead and order from here. Otherwise, buy a packet of banana chips at least you’ll get more pieces for your money.WORSE Service: Delivery Meal type: Other

I recently dined at Tharavattil Thanima Restaurant and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. There was a distinct lack of coordination among the staff, which was evident right from the beginning. After placing an order for beef dishes, we were informed after a considerable wait that beef was not available. This lack of communication disrupted our dining experience.The food we eventually received was not served properly. It was neither freshly cooked nor hot, which is a basic expectation when dining in. The Chicken Kizhi Porotta, in particular, was disappointing. It was filled with bony pieces, like necks and wings, rather than the meaty portions one would expect.Our order for Chicken Chettinad was another letdown. Instead of the traditional preparation, we were served pieces of Al Faham in a butter masala gravy. This substitution felt like a disrespect to the authentic Chicken Chettinad dish. Complaining to the manager and owner resulted in the waiter being fired in front of everyone, creating a negative atmosphere. Overall, the visit was unsatisfactory and unprofessional.
