Right now through Swiggy I had ordered a Non-veg Meal from your Restaurant. When I received the order, I was totally disappointed and frustrated by the parcel I received. Both the packaging and the contents were of the POOREST QUALITY IMAGINABLE here in Ernakulam. The parcel was wrapped in a dirty old newspaper sheet, with the rice and dishes (?) were wrapped in thin poor quality shreds of plastic. The veg dishes (1 or 2) were found to mixed with each other and with rice since the plastic pieces were mostly torn and all. The non-veg in the pack - two small sardines were cooked in water mixed with red chilly powder. Rice was also contained in a very thin plastic sheet bit. Most unhygienic and unsafe food packing of very cheap items in it. Least expected from a Hotel of your standard and from Swiggy too!!! I just had to throw everything away into the food dustbin.

Advertised 3 idlis and 1 vada per plate. Ordered 3 plates.Got 9 Idlis. 3 vadas missing. Cheating by Tharavadu Family Restaurant. Want to return. If cannot let them send the 3 vadas.
