I had a very bad and disappointing experience at Thaqwa Restaurant, Eanchakkal. The food quality was below expectations, and the taste was not good. The service was very slow. We placed our order, and the staff told us it would be ready in just 5 minutes. However, we ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes, and our food still wasn’t served. There was no proper update or apology for the delay. If the waiting time is longer than expected, customers should be informed honestly instead of being given incorrect estimates. Overall, it was not worth the money
