I had a very disappointing experience at Thangavilas Hotel. The staff behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of welcoming guests with basic courtesy, they seemed irritated and unwilling to help.

Only briyani is good ,took lot of time to serve the food . If we order one dish they will give you what ever they have .worst service
