The packaging was dirty. The ice cream boxes had dirt. The ice creams had gone bad. I have ordered the same flavours from thancos multiple times. It never tasted like this. The ice cream was way old

I visited the shop today. I asked for choco chip, they treated me like I must've never known flavours of ice cream, corrected me saying Belgian choco chip ice-cream, I asked for one scoop of mint then and choco chip and vanilla. They denied three layers, understandable. I was expecting too much. I guess. Half of the flavors were not there. I stood their confused. Disappointed. By the time I was making payment, half of my ice cream was already melting. Felt the reception was welcoming either. Never going back.
