Totally Disappointed by the waiter's today, we were waiting for almost 30 minutes in the reception area then they called us. There in our table we waited for another 30 minutes we've asked for particular dish whether it is available or not there was not a proper response by the waiter at last they told us it's difficult to get food right now there is so much waiting orders. Then why they've asked us to wait? If there is already a crowd and waiting orders then they should have inform the customer's in prior! Completely disappointed by the management, Zero hospitalality. Today we're facing this for second time.we'll never ever visit Thambi Vilas again. Thanks and regards Service: 1
