I had a frustrating experience with Thambbi veg restaurant From the start, the communication was lacking. I had to wait on hold for over 30 minutes just to speak with someone, and when I finally did, they seemed uninterested in helping me. My order was delayed without any updates, and when I asked about it, I was given vague, unhelpful responses. The quality of the service didn’t meet expectations either. It wasn’t as described and was clearly not given the care it deserved. On top of all that, the resolution was unsatisfactory. I was promised a refund but still haven’t seen it after weeks of following up. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
