Biryani was tangy and spicy than I expected. It left a burning sensation in stomach for quite some time after eating it. Chicken Biryani came with one leg piece, a small piece, and an egg. The quantity was quite huge for the price we paid. Two biryanis were enough for four of us to eat. Even without the sides it was easy to have it, thanks to the spiciness. Our ‘vaa machanae machanae’ moment finally happened.
Improper conduct - Rude Behavior - Refused to cancel order - Incorrect Order Intake

I have placed multiple orders before through the website and cancelled it before delivery. I ordered for the first time through Telephone.
We had to cancel the order before delivery. The Manager was rude stating he was not able to cancel the order since it was billed out. How come a order be prepared and at the point of delivery within 5 minutes is highly unlikely.
The numbers were increased and we placed to go for Dindigul Thalappakatti in Shanthi Nagar.
The Manager refused to cancel the order. Moreover, The order we placed was for Chicken Bucket, informed the cashier that we would be paying on card and told it before hand to bring the card swiping machine.
The food delivered was incorrect and the delivery guy did not bring any card, This is very Unpleasant experience as we had to wait till other guy bought the card swiping experience.
The system is faulty and to make it worse the Manager raised his voice continuously. We could have just blocked the number, but it would seem unprofessional which makes no difference from him and me.
