I'm extremely disappointed with the food quality. The entire thali had a bad smell the moment I opened it — it was clearly not fresh, and I had to throw it away immediately. Totally worst experience. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed seriously. Please ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
