I had the misfortune of dining at Thalassery Restaurant jnanabharathi branch recently, and it was an unmitigated disaster. The service was abysmal, and the management displayed a shocking lack of accountability. We ordered two meals, which cost a staggering ₹120. What's worse, the restaurant failed to inform us that they didn't have all the items included in the meal. Consequently, we were served incomplete meals, and the payasam was missing altogether. If they had been transparent about the unavailability of items, we wouldn't have placed the order. When I brought this to the manager's attention, instead of apologizing, he shifted the blame to the server. Not once did he acknowledge their mistake or offer a sincere apology.
