Despite that minor hiccup, the overall experience was highly satisfying and left us craving more. The staff deserves special mention for their exceptional friendliness and efficiency. From the moment we approached the counter, the team greeted us with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. The person taking our order was patient, explaining the menu items in detail and suggesting popular choices like their signature biryanis and snacks. Even during peak hours, they managed the crowd seamlessly without making us feel rushed. This level of hospitality is rare in fast-paced food courts, and it instantly elevated our mood.
