I recently placed an order thalaivar restaurant on [11-09-2025]. Unfortunately, the delivery was made 1 hour 50 minutes later than the promised time( half an hour). This delay caused us inconvenience and frustration. I expect better service from your platform. Please take this complaint seriously and ensure that such delays do not happen in the future.
