The main issue is that if there's a waiting period, they should manage it better. They're rushing us to eat quickly, and if we've finished eating, they ask us to leave immediately. No one wants to sit in a noisy environment, but after eating, we at least expect some time to enjoy our buttermilk. Not giving us that time is disappointing.
