Potentially the best Thai restaurant in Ernakulam. Located by the pool in the lowest level in Grand Hyatt. Open kitchen, so as you walk in you're greeted with amazing fragrances of the food being cooked. Very attentive service. Dimsums were good. The batter fried prawns was ok. Flat noodles was comforting. The rice pudding dessert was a miss. All supported with great cocktails as well. An absolutely amazing experience at Thai Soul! The food was incredible, but the highlight was the exceptional service from Mr. Dhanu S Kumar and his team. He took the time to understand our preferences and guided us to the perfect dishes. A truly memorable family lunch. Highly recommend!
