We had the most wonderful experience at the Thai Soul Restaurant at Grand Hyatt Bolgatty. The Thai buffet was a true journey of flavors—every dish tasted like it was made with heart and soul. From the comforting warmth of the soups to the perfect balance of spices in the curries, it was a soulful feast that lingered in memory. A special shout-out to Menuka, who served our table with such grace and warmth. She was attentive without being intrusive and added such a personal touch to the entire dining experience. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely caring and effortless in service. Thank you, Thai Soul, for making our evening unforgettable. We'll be back—not just for the food, but for the feeling.
