"We had a very disappointing experience at Thaff Delicacy restaurant on December 27, 2025, at 9:15 pm. We ordered the Pearl Spot (Karimeen Pollichath), but received Chalipi instead. We're familiar with the dish and its appearance; however, what we received had a tail resembling Chalipi, which was clearly not what we ordered. This was a case of misrepresentation and a lack of consideration for the customer. The staff at the bill counter behaved poorly, arguing with us instead of resolving the issue. Despite this, we paid the full bill amount and left, which was unfortunate given the poor service.". Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹1–200
