I ordered two deluxe thali and the delivery was right on time and food was hot. Thali was comprised of paneer butter masala, Dal makhni and a mixveg dish. In breads we had 1 lachcha paratha and a naan. Every dish was in a proper quantity and quality of each dish was astonishing. Really loved the food. And in the end desert offered really made the dinner amazing.

We had placed a request for home delivery through the net on Nov 18 and the order has not been fulfilled so far. There has been no follow-up, or apology from Thaali Express. Their Phone leads to a IVR and doesn't land up at an agent's desk. Don't know what's happening. have they closed down? Their service was never so poor in the past
