I had the most baddest and worse experience visiting Thaal Kitchen, Kalamassery. I called and asked regarding availability of Al faham, they said yes and upon reaching they denied its readyness. But the waiter was a very low morale, diss respectful human being, he stubbornly argued and urged us to eat something which we don’t even wanted, also a female accompanied me, to her he was very disrespectful and weird, he particularly stated like,” eat whatever is available here now which i give or else you will go out and beg for 15mins and still be roaming around without food”. So bad experience, i promise i will never step in to your any outlets and won’t suggest anyone either! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had a really bad experience today at this restaurant. We ordered half shawaya and it was served undercooked. When we informed it, they took it back to “cook” it again. Again, it came back how it was before; blood oozing out. They started giving lame excuses- from some chickens are like that, won’t get cooked, to shawaya usually is very hard to be fully cooked and all. Serving bad food is one thing; but not accepting it and justifying it does not look good for a restaurant. If you know that it’s difficult to make shawaya, don’t serve it then. It’s that simple. The customer service was also terrible. Won’t have food from here again.

Food was ok, but cleanliness goes for a toss, lot of flies, one hand is reserved to keep away the flies from the food you eat. And the restaurant does not have proper ventilation. It was too hot in there Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
