I ordered Veg pothichoru (×2) and Veg Biriyani from Thaal Kitchen with a lot of expectations. But sorry to tell the Veg Pothichoru had an omelette packed within, which to be honest is not even part of a vegetarian meal!! This was disappointing to me as a customer who trusted the quality delivered by Thaal years back. I hope that they mention the items present in a Pothichoru instead of just giving an image that shows the items that would be delivered and in case (as per the call with the staff) if they would wish to keep an omelette in all veg pothichoru then better mention it as an additional option while adding to cart,so that customers are not upset with the service offered in future. And let me now tell about the Veg Biriyani which was delivered. Now, this is the only reason I came back to reorder once again from Thaal Kitchen. Sorry to say this, the quality was pathetic. The first time I ordered from Thaal years back I felt they were the only restaurant which gave justice in making a good veg biriyani since it had a lot of masala in it which made it very tasty. Today when I even saw the biriyani put onto my plate , the vegetables in the biriyani were uncooked and there was very little masala. This has made me almost reach a conclusion of not even dare to visit Thaal Kitchen again in future because of the poor quality of food and customer service. Irresponsible staff ..you guys won't to lose your money and mode highly recommended..( even plates and glass wher very unhygienic )
