I had chicken and beef shawarma, coffee, and pineapple juice. The shawarma had no flavour at all, and the coffee was so strange to drink that for rupees 25 for a small cup. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I recently ordered food from Thaal Kitchen, Aluva, and was shocked by the unhygienic condition of the packaging. The food was delivered in a visibly dirty and poorly maintained box, which completely ruined my day. Clean and safe packaging is the bare minimum we expect when ordering food, and this was far below standard. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1
