Review: Terracotta Café The café has been done up beautifully with charming interiors and lovely hanging installations that give it a warm, cozy vibe. However, the air conditioning could have been far more effective — it felt quite suffocating after a while. Service was another downside — our order was delayed significantly. The food arrived first, followed by another long wait before the beverages were served. Here’s a quick rundown of what we ordered: 1. Peri Peri Fries: A decent start — crisp and well-seasoned. 2. Margherita Pizza: Disappointing. It lacked proper toppings and felt more like pizza bread topped only with mozzarella cheese. 3. Grilled Chicken: This tasted more like tandoori chicken, seemingly grilled on a sandwich maker — not what we expected. 4. Cold Coffee Frappe: Decent and enjoyable — probably the safest bet on the menu. 5. Hazelnut Cold Coffee: Extremely off-putting. The hazelnut syrup was added in excess, making the drink taste sour. 6. Watermelon Mojito & Masala Soda: Both were just average, nothing memorable. Overall, the experience was underwhelming. We visited the place based on glowing earlier reviews, but unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype or our expectations. Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Hi Kalyan, our margarita pizza is prepared with tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil exactly described on the menu. Guests also have the option to add toppings like jalapeños, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic mushrooms etc, while ordering. We provide home made chilli garlic oil and other condiments for personal customisation. We’re always happy to customise or exchange. We host guests from all over the world each with different preferences and we do our best to offer flexibility Being Diwali week and some of our team are on leave. Service may have been slower than usual, we would appreciate your understanding a short conversation with our management on the spot could’ve resolved things easily. We always value direct feedback and a quick to make things right when possible.

Clever idea and nice cafe. More western style and exactly what tourists need for a break. Very nice atmosphere away from noise to enjoy a decent coffee. Excellent work Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
