We are surprised to see how some fraudlent customers are taking advantage of zomato's policy and blackmailing restaurant partners about complaining and ratting us poor. We have already given a replacement cake to these people, total free of cost in the view of a goodwill; in the act to protect our ratting. However, in return they are giving this 1 ratting to us. Shamefull act of freebies consumption. It's my humble request to Zomato to take care of such a fraudsters. I also request delivey persons to handle products with care so that they(fraudulents) dnt have a chance to complain for even a silly smallest things.
