We generally eat shabhaley from here. We did the same that day but the quantity was half . We were surprised. Two shabhaley were equal to one from before. And we also ordered chilly pork and it was burnt and I did not like that taste. Chilly pork shouldn't taste like that , atleast from what I have ate before. We couldn't eat it full. It was my birthday and I had huge expectations from them as their food and service were previously good( I went there 3 times before ). Also while I was eating suddenly a baby cockroach appeared on my plate from nowhere and when I called the staffs no one was available to listen , then after minutes they came and the cockroach was gone by that time . Thankfully my food was almost finished by that time . Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400

Terrible Experience – Not Recommended <br> <br>Visited this cafe on 12th April at around 10:10 PM, and it was one of the worst dining experiences we've had. We placed our order, and after 30 minutes of waiting, a different staff member came over and casually said, "I forgot, what was your order again?" No apology, no urgency. <br>We were then made to wait another 30 minutes. Meanwhile, we noticed another table being served the wrong dish, and instead of correcting it, the staff told them that the actual dish was finished and they had to eat what was served — without any confirmation or respect for the customer's preference. <br>The service was chaotic, unprofessional, and showed zero respect for customers’ time. If you value your time and experience, please avoid this place. There are plenty of better options out there. <br>Hope the management seriously looks into improving their staff training and customer service.
