Overall I wish they have a better staff to have more foot fall. I realised that others have experienced similar issues with staff attitude.
The manager was really rude, we saw him playing & wanted to go up, but he said a no. He said only dinner people are allowed which was strange.
We literally just wanted to hear him sing & grab a drink or a dessert.
We tried again after a while, he again flat out refused saying don’t disturb the singer.
We were 5 of us & felt the behaviour was VERY RUDE.
