This is a relatively new small tea stall outside Manipal Grocer at the entrance of Mandavi Emerald building. They serve indian ready-to-eat snacks like samosas, kachoris all throughout the day along with basic sandwiches and dil pasand sweet sometimes. I would rate this place better if the parents who are present at some times of the day and their kids who run the stall other times of the day didn't unscrupulously charge different prices for different people. I've noticed the kids charge anywhere from 5 to 10 rupees more for each item the non-regulars who don't know the prices. There's a difference between business and thievery and the only way to avoid such unethical practice in food service is to have all items prices listed out either on a wall menu or in the food item display itself like the bakeries do.
