No quality maintained I believe a change in the kitchen staff is what I’m told but still for a brand name please try and earn money the ethical manner and not by overcharging customers as compared to quantity and quality of food

Loved the packaging. Eco-friendly. Amazing! However, difficult to eat with the wooden spoon :) Thank God I had another spoon.

We visited Tea Villa Cafe on Friday; 8th July in the evening. We ordered 2 Cold Coffees without icecream. The server informed us that it would be impossible too prepare cold coffees without icecream. That was surprising, we still agreed and asked her to get the coffees.
But alas we waited for 15 mins and the coffees never came! When we enquired they had simply forgot to prepare our order. How irresponsible is that!!? This was absolutely disappointing and the service needs to improve asap.
We never had anything from Tea Villa and left to go to CCD where we were served delicious Cold Coffees within no time.
