A fancy tea place is not easy to maintain especially in emerging metropolitans. I'm quite surprise when I've heard about this place. They have a great assortment of teas and this place is located on the beach road. I recommend you visit this place during afternoons to enjoy some quiet time. You can get lost reading a book or watching the sea. They do serve some small eats. If you are a tea lover, this place will thrill you with their variety of offerings.

Used to visit this place a lot. Great location right across the beach. But following one day I have stopped completely. COCKROACHES all over the place. Small ones under the glass table, big ones here and there on the floor. When asked they said, we are already working on it, but they should have closed the outlet and then worked on it. Can't imagine going back. Food was good and staff very well behaved.

I've been to Tea Trails many times and although I've never really been impressed with the service or the food/tea, I've never had reason to complain.
Today though, was just bad. On all counts. The floor was strewn with used sugar sachets. There were baby cockroaches in the table. The service which is usually pretty slow was excruciatingly slow today. And the waiter forgot our order. So we waited longer for him to get the rest of it. And the worst of it all was the food. Clearly no one from this joint has ever had Eggs Kejriwal or Waffles. The waffles were not cooked through and were all powdery inside. Even after telling the staff that the waffles were not good, they had nothing to say.

I wish they stuck to making chai and pakoda like they used to when they opened shop. I wasted my Sunday morning waiting for breakfast only to be served uncooked and powdery waffles. Never going to this place again.
