I recently visited tea story with friends and was thoroughly disappointed with the customer service. The staff seemed indifferent and inattentive, making us feel unwelcome. When I finally placed my order, the staff appeared uninterested and lacked basic courtesy.Despite bringing these is staff's attention, they were unresponsive and unapologetic. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I would not recommend this establishment to others.
