Mayfair is famous for its hospitality and ambience. Though that was quite evident but the food has always been a letdown for Mayfair especially its buffet at Teapot. Food items were cold and unpalatable. Lunch menu though vast and had variety was quite confusing with unrelated breakfast items stuffed. Butter paneer and the mutton were sweet in taste. The breads were all hard. Apart from a few items most were a let down. Such pricey and tasteless buffet food from such a reputed hotel is really unacceptable and disappointing..Mayfair really should consider changing its teapot chefs or the menu. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian options: Limited but the buffet price is the same as non-vegetarian. Food is bland. Would not recommend.

Taste was not upto the mark.they do not accept walk in payment from swiggy / zomato ,which is accepted by all restaurants. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
