Feedback for Ahmedabad Tea Post (Keshavbagh, Ratnakar 9 Building): I had an extremely disappointing experience at this outlet. We placed our first order and while it was still on the table — with food and drinks unfinished — we stepped out briefly for just 2 minutes. During that time, the server came, took away the first order without asking, and replaced it with the second order we had just placed. Despite clear signs the food wasn't finished, no one bothered to confirm with us before discarding it. When we addressed this with the staff, they rudely stated that it's their "rule" to remove anything from the table if customers are not physically present — even if it's just for a minute. This led to a heated argument with the counter employee, Ravinder, who handled the situation very poorly. Instead of resolving it respectfully, he raised his voice and was extremely unprofessional. The next day, I visited again (as it’s close to my office and I frequently go there for tea), and to my shock, the same staff member, Ravinder, once again acted rudely. He deliberately served me what was clearly a poorly prepared upma — easily the worst I’ve had at any Tea Post. When I confronted him, he dismissively told me, “It’s okay, don’t come back.” This kind of treatment is unacceptable. As a regular customer, I expect basic courtesy and professional behavior — not arguments and intentional poor service. If this is how repeat customers are treated, I can only imagine how first-timers are handled. I will not be returning to this outlet and do not recommend it to others. Service: 1

Atmosphere and Location is Super Cosy, food items are little bit expensive compared to its competitors and they need more service people to fulfill the orders faster. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
