I ordered elaichi tea as this place is offering variety in TEA and the billing person always resist like this is not available u can order ginger elaichi or ginger pudina what is already in making or ordered by other customer what i mean to say is they dont take particular order for single person , this is second i had poor experience at this place

The food quality at Teapost is good, but the cleanliness and hygiene are not up to Palladium Mall standards. Hair and dust were scattered around the tables, and housekeeping does not seem to be maintained properly. Request you to please improve the hygiene and overall cleanliness of the outlet.
