No option for 0 star hence gave 1 ... Pathetic service or rather no service I would say.. I'm standing first in queue since 10-15 minutes but none of the staff comes forward to take order... Visiting tea post since few years but this has been worst experience ever.. simply left without ordering because they are not interested in taking orders from customer...

Darshsn dasani, the owner of tea posts, has a unique style of selecting outlets. Palladium mall is a 4 floor expensive mall. There is no such place to sit relex and chat with friends in a cool atmosphere. A cup of chai will cost you nothing when compared to big brands inside the mall. DD has noticed that in other countries, people got their lunch coffee etc at cafes. And he was desperate to bring this culture to india. The first tea post was established in 2013 in rajkot, and the number rose to 50 in a short period of 3 years. The journey of TP is as follows: 2014- 1st outlet in Rajasthan 2015- outlet in Maharastra 2017- 1st garden cafe in rajkot 2019- Apni chai ki Duran, fully AC outlet 2020- Number of outlets reached 200 2022- First outlet in Dubai It has a presence in Gujarat, Maharashtra, MP, and Rajsthan. It is in Malls,hospitals, IT parks, institutes corporates and everywhere. Its punch line is 2 5 cups per month. Go visit and feel the grand idea of DD
