Disappointing Experience at Tea Post I had a very disappointing experience at this Tea Post outlet. Although the shop was open and they were actively preparing tea, their attitude was shockingly bad. When I inquired if they were open, they confirmed, so I placed an order for tea. However, the staff rudely informed me it would take half an hour due to online orders. I politely suggested they could prepare my tea alongside the online orders, but instead of addressing my request professionally, the staff's behavior turned worse. They responded rudely and questioned if I only needed tea, as if it was a bother for them to serve me. Such customer service is unacceptable, and it completely ruins the experience of visiting a place known for its tea. I hope the management addresses this issue and trains their staff to value walk-in customers equally. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
