Visited the place to have a cup of tea after a hectic day. Even though we were seated on one table they kept switching off the ac every 5 min. After requesting the staff they kept at this silly charade. One staff was "Mujhe maloom nai kyun bandh kiya. " The place became quiet hot due to this. Left disappointed.

The staff is worst. They don’t know how to talk to customers. We are having tea and coffee and one of our friend who just come from a temple just giving us prasad that is laddoo . As a good customer we know your shop policy that outside food is not allowed but he was like “bahar ka food nai chalega” and talk very rudely we said its just prasad we are not eating any outside food. I have visited all tea post franchise in Gujarat but never faced this kind of behaviour. Never visit again. Request the owner to please teach your employee to behave good with customer
