An incredibly pleasant experience for a late afternoon tea. The service was friendly although they missed one of the cakes we ordered. The tea, desserts, and biscuits were all tasty. The lounge was so relaxing and a much needed reprieve after the intense Delhi heat. Would love to return for their actual high/afternoon tea service!! Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Today I order chocolate truffle cake from tea lounge generally i love cakes and always ready to taste from different places so I decided to order chocolate truffle cake fron delhi taj but seriously this is the worst cake of my life and I regret it after order this cake… I tried Belgium chocolate cake from la patisserie Mumbai taj and that was far better than this and also cheaper o don’t understand why they offer cheaper but mouth watering and this is costly and pathetic

Today we visited the Taj Hotel expecting a lovely anniversary celebration, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what we had hoped. We waited for a good 35-40 minutes for someone to take our food order, but no one bothered to assist us during that time. Finally, we took it upon ourselves to request a cup of coffee, which turned out to be quite disappointing in taste and even incorrect in our order. The lack of attention and service left us frustrated and unsatisfied.After this experience, we decided to leave and find another place to spend our special evening. It’s disheartening that a renowned establishment like the Taj failed to deliver on such basic expectations. I hope they can improve their service to match their reputation.
