First of all there was spider web all around the table. Secondly they kept saying that it will take only 5-10 min to prepare the order which was simply a vada pav and cheeze burger with fries. Even after waiting for 20 mins none of the order came. And then they served us with 2 vada pav and we told them pur order was for 1 vada pav. Instead of atleast giving us our 1 vada pav they gave both of them to a customer who had barey arived 6-7 minutes earlier. We even asked them to cancel the order if it was taking late to prepare because we were running short on time. But they kept on insisting that it's prepared and then they took the money for burger and vada pav and when I went to take the order they said that burger is being packed but upon looking in the kitchen, we found out that it was still being cooked. They denied us of a refund or even a proper apology and then we had to leave the unprepared order because there was not enough time. This whole think took around 25 mins to happen. All.thye could have done was to tell us that it will take much time. Worst experience with the service and as for the vada pav we took, it was half cooked.
