Very good service, environment is also so good . most recomended for birthday parties etc , food is also so good taste is so awesome. *Disappointed with the Service at ‘Tea Diaries Cafe’* We recently held our kitty party at Tea Diaries Cafe Race Course Road Indore and unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. While we were excited about spending quality time together, the poor service put a damper on the entire event. The staff was inattentive and seemed unprepared for a group of our size, despite prior booking. Our orders were delayed significantly, and some dishes arrived cold while others never came at all. When we brought this to their attention, the response was dismissive rather than apologetic. Basic things like clean glasses and proper cutlery were missing, which was surprising for a place that claims to host events. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
