Recently i visited tea break with my friends .was shocked to find a hair in my kallappam, which immediately put me off my food. This alone is unacceptable, but what followed was even more disturbing. I observed a server openly playing with a dog, even cleaning the dog's ear with her bare hand. To my dismay, she then proceeded to deliver food orders to tables without washing her hands. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
