Amazing Bubble Tea & Warm Hospitality! I had a fantastic experience at Tea Bear in Vasant Vihar. The bubble tea was absolutely delicious—refreshing, flavorful, and just the right level of sweetness. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. What stood out even more was the kind and welcoming staff who made the visit extra special. They were courteous, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, perfect for hanging out with friends or just enjoying a peaceful tea break. Highly recommend this place for bubble tea lovers! Must try its original bubble tea and matcha Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Gen Z will love this hidden gem in Vasant Vihar. Excellent collection of boba tea, it's so good that I've become a regular here and before this I wasn't into bubble tea. There's a large variety and the ambience is cute with good pop songs playing. The best is their hospitality, the staff is very helpful and a delight to interact with. Highly recommended. Dear Name, While I respect your right to respond, your version of events misrepresents what actually happened, and I would like to clarify my experience. I visited your café as a paying customer. Out of curiosity, I asked a customer if they were Korean. When they abruptly moved seats, I politely asked if that had anything to do with my question. Instead of engaging calmly, they berated me while I was trying to speak. I later approached your staff to express my concern, but instead of addressing it professionally, I was rudely interrupted by the male cashier, physically pushed out of the restaurant, and remarkably told that Indians deserve racism because "Indians spread filth everywhere." Furthermore, during this encounter, the male cashier pointed toward a "Rights of Admission Reserved" sign on the door — as though this justified mistreating a paying customer. While I understand that businesses have the right to maintain a safe environment, this gesture felt less about policy and more about exclusion — a troubling display of arrogance from a foreign-owned café operating on Indian soil. Hospitality is meant to foster inclusivity and respect, yet my experience reflected something quite the opposite — a selective politeness that felt conditional and insincere. I believe no business, especially one profiting in India, should misuse such policies to justify exclusion or poor treatment. I also noticed that while your staff routinely says “thank you” to customers as they leave, this scripted politeness feels hollow when paired with such disrespectful behavior. While I admit I used some frustrated language after I was mistreated (not directed at anyone specific), I must highlight that the male cashier also raised his hand in a threatening manner — as if to hit me. This, I believe, is visible on public CCTV footage outside your café. I understand that customer service can be challenging, but mistreating a customer and then distorting the truth is unacceptable. I request that your management reviews the CCTV footage carefully and reflects on better ways to ensure fair treatment for all customers — regardless of nationality. Additionally, I find it concerning that your response included a veiled threat — suggesting that “next time” you would take action against me. Rather than addressing my concerns, this aggressive tone feels like an attempt to intimidate me into silence. As a customer, I expected accountability, not threats. I also couldn’t help but notice that your café’s overpriced food seems less about quality and more about projecting exclusivity — a shallow attempt to create an elite image while exploiting Indian customers. What’s more disappointing is the apparent lack of genuine respect for being on Indian soil. This colonialist attitude — where a foreign-owned business profits off the local community yet mistreats Indian customers — is both outdated and unacceptable. I trusted your café to offer a positive experience, and I’m disappointed by how this was handled. I hope this feedback encourages you to reflect on your practices and improve the experience for future customers. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
