Subhodeep , also the cashier , he said it will take 2 minutes. The tea was not prepared freshly. The one which was being served to the previous guest was just reheated. Then the guy (dark complexion) just put the cup of tea on a tray and didn't inform anybody. He continued chilling with the cashier. Never thought of informing him or me. I was sitting just on the opposite table. After finishing their personal chit chat, suddenly after 10 mins I got a shout that my tea was ready which was damn cold. When I asked for a fresh cup of tea they just again reheated the tea and served. Moreover, kept on smiling and laughing, no sense of guilt. Coming to that repeatedly reheated cup of tea, it tasted like boiling water.
