Tea Bar Café has a decent selection of teas and snacks, making it a nice place for a casual hangout. The ambiance is cozy, though it can get a bit noisy during peak hours. The tea quality is good, but nothing extraordinary. Some of the flavors felt a little too mild for my taste. Service was average—neither too slow nor exceptionally great.
