Starbucks has always been my comfort spot for a good chocolate fix, and the Wakad outlet near Ginger Hotel lives up to the experience I expect. Whether I’m stopping by for a quick drink or spending some time unwinding, this location offers the perfect balance of a cozy ambiance and great service. As always, I stuck to my favorites—Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino and Chocolate Milkshake. The frappuccino was rich, loaded with chocolate chips, and blended to perfection. The milkshake was equally smooth and indulgent, making it the ideal pick-me-up. One thing I love about Starbucks is their consistency in taste, and this outlet maintained that standard effortlessly. The ambiance is modern and inviting, with comfortable seating that makes it a great place to sit with a book, catch up on work, or just relax. Since it's located near Ginger Hotel, it sees a mix of travelers, professionals, and regular visitors, giving it a lively yet peaceful vibe. The service was quick and efficient, with the staff being friendly and attentive to details. Even during peak hours, they managed the crowd well without compromising on the quality of drinks. Overall, Starbucks near Ginger Hotel, Wakad, is a great place to take a break, whether I’m in the mood for my usual chocolate-loaded drink or just need a calm space to unwind. I dropped off after a long journey at the Wakad Bus Stop and I thought I should get some food and coffee as I saw Starbucks there. As I approached the store, I was stopped by a housekeeping/cleaning staff of Starbucks, who randomly stopped me and just said “Toilet nahi hai!”, which in itself was really an inappropriate statement as how can the staff judge whether I am going to order food or just use the restroom, which also is not wrong at all. Since it was a long journey, I really had to pee and so I cross questioned him and he instructed me to go to some society which was behind some stores. I thought I still might get something to eat and drink and that’s when he said “Coffee hai sirf khaana nahi”. I found it really shady that the cleaning staff was discouraging me to enter the store where I could see the food from the transparent shelves from outside the store. I went in ordered my roll and a hot beverage and started to have it, and that’s when I noticed there was a restroom like all other Starbucks and that staff was the one that was incharge of cleaning it. PS: The food, drink and other staff all were great, but this experience had me thinking just how some staff of such reputed company could act in such an inappropriate manner, falsely telling people there’s not a washroom without them asking, and my sole reason to post this is so that the senior management looks into this, and so in the future customers don’t feel discriminated and also people who are not customers and actually just want to use the loo, are not denied of it falsely as it actually is an offence Food: 5 Service: 5

The cleaning guy here doesn't clean the whole table, I arrived here an wanted keep my laptop on the table the table turns out to be dirty as any 3star cafe, didn't come to starbucks for this. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
