Visited Starbucks Dehradun on 27th March and was truly impressed by the exceptional service from Ritu. She was courteous, patient, and took the time to explain the differences between various milk alternatives. Even though there was nothing wrong with the original drink, she kindly replaced it when my relative didn’t quite take to the soy milk taste. I repeatedly order this and starbucks never disappoints but this time it was disappointing. The java chip frappuccino had less jva chips and you could feel ice crystals. And the pistachio drink had no whipped cream
