I had ordered a roasted almond cake with a few customizations regarding the weight. Instead of adjusting it properly, they made the cake with extra-thick layers and reduced the quantity of almonds. When I raised a complaint, one of the outlet staff members was extremely rude in response. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise everyone not to order from Taste and Bites Cakes.
