We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible—the waiter didn’t even place our order despite us clearly stating it, and we had to remind them multiple times. They didn’t provide cups, and the juice we ordered arrived very late. As for the food, it was below average. One of us even found a thread in the Konthal (squid) roast, which was completely unacceptable. The prawns fry was bland and lacked any real flavor, and the porotta was extremely dry and tough, making it hard to eat. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, both in terms of service and food quality. Definitely not a place we’d recommend or return to.
