We went there to have dinner on the 1st day of our Kerala trip. We ordered Tandoori roti and chicken curry. ~ Tandoori roti (5/5) - it was a little bit crunchy and not heavy at all. I loved it.~ Chicken curry (4/5) - the curry was made in Kerala style with curry leaves and spices. I loved it. One plate of chicken curry had only three medium pieces of chicken which I think was a bit stingy given the price of the dish.~ Ambiance (5/5) - beautiful and well-decorated.~ Service (2.5/5) - it was very slow and unorganised.

If there is zero star option I would have chosen that for this restaurant for the service they rendered and a cold behaviour for their attitude towards a child requirement. We ordered appam for my 3 yr old son and they said it's over for the day but they kept serving for all other tables. When asked they the server told repeatedly said it's over inspite telling them it's for the kid. Guess the services are preferential based on which state or country u belong. Either you should be a jeraliye or a foreigner for that. Pathetic service. for sure their attitude will be 100% worst for other state people
